Hazy Fox
 “Hazy Fox” began as one of my original acrylic paintings, created to capture the quiet intelligence, curiosity, and elusive beauty of the fox through soft atmosphere, expressive color, and fading movement. Featuring a striking fox emerging gently through layers of haze and shadow, this piece was designed to feel both mysterious and peaceful — as though the fox is appearing briefly from the wilderness before disappearing once again into the fog. I wanted the artwork to embody a sense of calm awareness and natural instinct, balancing softness with intensity through flowing brushwork and atmospheric depth. The expressive textures and fading edges were intentionally used to give the piece a dreamlike energy, allowing the fox to feel alive within the movement of the painting itself.
After completing the original acrylic painting, I digitally re imagined the artwork on my iPad Mini using Adobe Fresco, enhancing the composition with layered watercolor textures, soft tonal transitions, and fluid brush movement that amplified the hazy atmosphere of the piece. This process allowed me to merge the textured richness of traditional acrylic painting with the flowing, emotional quality of watercolor-inspired digital artistry, creating a unique fusion of realism, abstraction, and movement.
